Our story began when Omar, a native of Morocco, moved to Marbella and noticed a lack of authentic Moroccan food options. With a passion for cooking and a desire to share the rich flavors and cultural heritage of Morocco, we began catering for friends and family. Word quickly spread about the delicious food, and Palmier Catering was born.

We believe that food is a powerful way to connect people and experiences, and we are dedicated to creating authentic and delicious Moroccan dishes that will delight your senses and transport you to another place and time.
